The Greatest chapter in the Bible – Part 3

At the end of verse 4, Paul introduces two groups of people, those who live according to the flesh and those who live according to the Spirit. Is he talking about two different kinds of Christians? If not, who is he referring to and what are the outcomes of these two different mindsets?
