Thanks to all who made our first Connect Sunday a success yesterday! It was really good to share meals together as was commonplace in the early church.
Please mark Sunday the 9th of October in your diaries. You may recall that at the beginning of the year I visited Victory Church, Manila (The Philippines). I was blown away by how this 80,000+ strong church was built not on the exceptional gift of one or two people, but on the faithfulness of regular members in reaching their friends and making disciples.
On the 9th we have the pleasure of hosting one of the pastors of this remarkable church – Pastor Jun Aguilar and his wife Karen.
